- What you give us. When you book or ask about an alignment or tire service, we ask for things like your name, phone number, address and vehicle details.
- Calls and texts. When you call or text us, our phone system records your number and the time of the call or message.
- Website use. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), and on some pages Meta (Facebook), to count visits and to see which of our ads bring in customers. These tools see things like the pages you visit, the device you use and roughly where you are, not your name.
How we use it
To schedule and do the work you asked for, to call or text you about your appointment or quote, to keep our records, and to improve our website and our ads. If you would rather not get texts from us, tell us and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business (website hosting, our scheduling, phone and text services, and the Google and Meta tools above), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and to keep the business and tax records the law asks us to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing or calling us below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website does not change how it works when a browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Children
This website is for vehicle owners and businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
